Flagging

The flagging functionality is in place to allow you to notify our support team of any abuses to the akatoo community. You will note the Flag It link:

located to the right of all questions and answers in our knowledge base. Clicking this button unfolds a dropdown menu with two choices:

1. Spam/Nonsense - Select this option if the question or answer appears to be unintelligible or is spam.
2. Offensive - akatoo has a zero tolerance policy for postings that an average community member would find to be offensive.

Immediately after selecting your option, the akatoo support team will be notified, whereupon, they will investigate the issue and take appropriate action. Please note that you are limited to the number of questions and answers you can flag in a given day. This is to prevent abuse of the flagging system.
