What's the difference between thunder storms and thunder showers?

I saw this on weather.com for my area today. Today, we're supposed to get thunderstorms. Tomorrow, thundershowers. Is there an actual difference?

I believe thunderstorms have more frequent thunder and lightning, a possibility of hail and higher gusts of wind where-as a Thundershower is less frequent thunder and lightning and rain and no hail or high winds.

I would guess that thunderstorms are expected to have more thunder and lightning than thundershowers which probably are more in the category of "heavy rainfall."
