Is there any way to lengthen your torso through stretches?

Mine is really extra short!

While there is no way to physically lengthen your existing skeletal structure (spinal column), kcavines is right. Using exercises or routines that focus on creating lean muscle mass rather than simply "bulking up" will enhance your current physique. Workouts such as yoga and pilates, or even dance and martial arts inspired programs, are great for this If you are unfamiliar with them or you prefer weights, low-resistance, high-repetition sets are the way to go. This will burn off as much fat as possible when doing resistance training. These "sculpting" exercises will give you the results you are looking for.
Also, running has got to be the most underrated exercise regimen - ever. Simple cardio exercises will help keep off excess water weight and help maintain your fitness level on days that you opt to give your body a rest from all that "working out."
In short, looking long and lean isn't reserved for just the ectomorphs!

i know there are lots of Yoga moves that involve stretching the torso.
You may want to look into this move here

Yoga and pilates are good exercises to help make your muscles more lean. Your body is shaped as is, but these exercises can enhance what you already have.

Stretches honestly work to lengthen your torso....arms to toes is the best

Yoga seems to help me feel as if I'm lengthening my torso. Be consistent with your yoga routine though.
