If my dress pants tend to bunch up and the pockets stick out when I'm sitting, are they a good fit?

While standing, the pants are comfortably loose.

No... it seems that your pants are most likely too tight, you should try a larger waist size or possibly a longer pant length.

- Other than that, you always do have the option of getting pants tailored.

Actually yes...that means that they are tight...I know because I have pants that fit me like that and I guess you can say that I am in denial! LOL!
