All vitamins are important but I read and learned in my nutrition class that you do not neccessarily need to take vitamins in a pill form. It is best to eat enough different food groups to get adequate amounts of each vitamins everyday. You need fish, nuts, fruits, veggies, wheat, and all sorts of foods to get them. Don't be fooled by the whole vitamin supplement crap.

You should always take a multi-vitmain a day. There is some contreversy whether it is neccessary to even digest vitamins since you should get your daily value through food, but you never know. Also if you are anemic, you should take iron supplements.

I would go with what smalltownmind said and say to just take a multivitamin. That way you are getting everything you need and if your body has too much of that vitamin already, you will just piss it out.

The most important vitamin you should ingest daily is vitamin C. You can have it just about any way, pill form, liquid... etc

Vitamin C but I would recommend you ingest it by foods and not supplement. Fiber is also important but its a mineral.
