Central St. Martin's School of Design in London has to be one!

I am not sure about a second school, but I know for a fact Parsons is top noche, because they have an overwelming rooster of alumni who are now very big in the fashion world.

The Fashion Institute of Technology (Manhattan), The School of the Art Institute in Chicago, and the Art Institute of California are all said to be top programs.
