The most common birth month, at least in recent history, has been August. Close behind are September and July. This stat is probably only for the US.

I don't know, but I bet it has something to do with the seasons. If that is the case, then it would matter which hemisphere you are asking about. On the other hand, there could be a cultural aspect, in which case it might matter which country/continent/geographic-region you are asking about.

August/September. Didnt do any reaserch on this one, know it off the top of my head. A lot of newlyweds want to give it a try on new years eve. January (0) + 9 = September (9). Due to premature births (Very common occurance) August is #1.
