Assuming you can extract the Platinum Group Metals (platinum, palladium, and rhodium; PGM) from a '98 Neon cat. converter, you're looking at $50-80 for the platinum and $115 for the roughly 1.5 grams of rhodium. Getting Fair Market Value after extraction would be the most difficult part.
