I only watch one, Gintama. It can be funny and absurd and incredibly deep, all in one episode.

I have a few, ofcourse Dragonball Z was my favorite, but then I saw Naruto and Samurai Champloo. So I think these are my top 3

Bleach , Inuyasha , Sailor moon and Family Guy are my favoirite anime shows which i too much like to watch.
