Should fudge be refrigerated?

It does not need to be refrigerated, but if you do refrigerate it keep it in an airtight container because the Fridge is a moist environment, and the fudge will absorb all that moisture, and become sticky and gooey and gross. It really doesn't need to be in the fridge though, I have never heard of fudge seperating if it hasn't been in the fridge, and I would say if you make it properly, then it will keep for just about ever.

Homemade fudge doesn't need to be refrigerated. It will last longer if you do, but so will simply covering it. Unrefrigerated but covered, it will easily last a week. After a week it might start to separate a little. Make sure, though, that you allow it to cool to room temperature before covering it.
